But the show is well worth your time, despite this unavoidable problem due to latency (satellite 22,000 mi above earth and packets scatter at times))

Aaron, the Lord says that you are very important in that you, if you fully step into the light, as it were, and embrace the gospel (I realize that you may think you have already, but saith the Lord, all former covenants are done away) that you shall be, saith the Lord, be made a foundation stone upon which I the Lord thy God, who have heard thy prayers from on high, shall erect my pleasing building, even Zion, which shall never be thrown down anymore, saith the Lord, and that thy name shall be had in remembrance from generation to generation as sanctified, for thou shallt become exalted as one of my sons, if you hearken and obey my servant as he speaketh unto thee as from mine own mouth.
That revelation I received as I wrote. Now to answer your question, this is very difficult to explain, but I was not in the body, or I could not tell whether in or out of the body, therefore I beheld with my spiritual eyes, but I spoke with him while enraptured, or transfigured in a language more powerful and complete than the English tongue, and beheld things which are not lawful to be uttered, and speaking in the Adamic tongue, which when I cam back into the body, I was still pronouncing audibly, and the devil said to me at that time: “What, are you crazy?” a truly wicked barb. Now I was speaking and answering in a much more astounding and intimate way than I have before or since, and communicating more intimately and heartfelt than I can describe. What I saw is not in my physical body, and things spiritual are measured spiritually. I know that seems a cop out, but I can only explain it by recalling some historical events of similar testimonies who have tried to testify of what they saw and I suppose that you will have to be satisfied with that until you experience it yourself, and then you also can bear testimony:
13 And behold, the heavens were opened, and they were caught up into heaven, and saw and heard unspeakable things.
14 And it was forbidden them that they should utter; neither was it given unto them power that they could utter the things which they saw and heard;
15 And whether they were in the body or out of the body, they could not tell; for it did seem unto them like a transfiguration of them, that they were changed from this body of flesh into an immortal state, that they could behold the things of God.
(3 Ne 28:13-15)
So soon as Mr. Knight had been sworn, Mr. Seymour proceeded to interrogate him as follows: Q. Did the prisoner, Joseph Shith, jr. cast the devil out of you? Ans. No sir. Q. Why, have not you had the devil cast out of you? A. Yes sir. Q. And had not Joe Smith some hand in its being done? A. Yes sir.-Q. And did not he cast him out of you? A. No sir; it was done by the power of God, and Joseph Smith was the instrument in the hands of God, on the occasion. He commanded him out of me in the name of Jesus Christ. Q. And are you sure that it was the devil? A. Yes sir. Q. Did you see him, after he was cast out of you? A. Yes sir, I saw him. Q. Pray, what did he look like? (Here one of my lawyers informed the witness that he need not answer the question.) The witness replied, I believe I need not answer your last question, but I will do it provided I be allowed to ask you one question, first, and you answer me, viz: Do you, Mr. Seymour, understand the things of the spirit! No, (answerod Mr. Seymour) I do not pretend to such big things. Well then, (replied Knight,) it would be of no use to tell you what the devil looked like, for it was a spiritual sight, and spiritually discerned; and of course you would not understand it, were I to tell you of it. The lawyer dropped his head, whilst the loud laugh of the audience proclaimed his discomfiture. Mr. Seymour now addressed the court, and in a long and violent harangue endeavored to blacken my character and bring me in guilty of the charges which had been brought against me. Among other things, he brought up the story of my having been a money digger; and in this manner proceeded, in hopes to influence the court and the people against me. Mr. Davidson, and Mr. Reed followed on my behalf. They held forth in true colors, the nature of the prosecution; the malignancy of intention, and the apparent disposition to persecute their client, rather than to afford him justice. They took up the different arguments which had been brought by the lawyers for the prosecution, and having shewed their utter futility and misapplication, then proceeded to sctutinize the evidence which had been adduced, and each in his turn, thanked God that he had been engaged in so good a cause as that of defending a man whose character stood so well the test of such a strict investigation. In fact, these men, although not regular lawyers, were upon this occasion able to put to silence their opponents, and convince the court that I was innocent. They spoke like men inspired of God, whilst those who were arrayed against me trembled under the sound of their voices, and quailed before them like criminals before a bar of justice. (History of Joseph Smith., Times and Seasons, vol. 4 (November 1842-November 1843), Vol. 4 No. 4 January 2, 1843, p.62)
Remarkable Experience of Newel Knight.
This scene was now entirely changed, for as soon as the devil had departed from our friend, his countenance became natural, his distortions of body ceased, and almost immediately the Spirit of the Lord descended upon him, and the visions of eternity were opened to his view. So soon as consciousness returned, his bodily weakness was such that we were obliged to lay him upon his bed, and wait upon him for some time. He afterwards related his experience as follows:
I now began to feel a most pleasing sensation resting on me, and immediately the visions of heaven were opened to my view. I felt myself attracted upward, and remained for some time enwrapt in contemplation, insomuch that I knew not what was going on in the room. By and by, I felt some weight pressing upon my shoulder and the side of my head, which served to recall me to a sense of my situation, and I found that the Spirit of the Lord had actually caught me up off the floor, and that my shoulder and head were pressing against the beams.
All this was witnessed by many, to their great astonishment and satisfaction, when they saw the devil thus cast out, and the power of God, and His Holy Spirit thus made manifest. As may be expected, such a scene as this contributed much to make believers of those who witnessed it, and finally the greater part of them became members of the Church. Shirley also expressed immediately upon the devils leaving here body, that she felt light and felt as if she “would float up to the ceiling” were her words. Joseph Smith, History of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 7 vols., introduction and notes by B. H. Roberts, 1:, p.83-84)
2) You mentioned in that same 10/28 podcast that you would spend time in the future talking about your personal history. Again, I would find this very helpful.
Okay, I would like to read your email over the air, as it may be instructive to others who may be of the same mind as yourself and I will respond over the air. Thank you.
3) In last Thursday's podcast you mentioned that it was not well enough for us just to listen to you but that we also need to act on it. Further, in past correspondence you've called me to repentance for things I'm not entirely sure of (I think it's for seeking advice from my bishop?). I'm not offended, I'm just inquiring for further knowledge. What would be required of me to both repent and move the gospel forward? What should I be repenting of? Just my sinful nature in general or anything in particular?
The Lord loves your Bishop, but you and he must embrace the new covenant. This means obey the ordinances as at first: baptism, etc. as all these things have been corrupted by that whore at the hands of HJ Grant, et al. I know this is harsh, but it is true, for the Lord has spoken it. You must pay tithing to me as representing the Kingdom of God as Abraham to Melchizedek, saith the Lord, and after partaking of the ordinances with you wife, if she assents of her own free will, you need to obey counsel, and “live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God”. Other than that, I have little to say other than what Brigham Young said, “You live your religion and let everyone else go to hell.” That is if you are placed in such a circumstance as I, who have had all forsake me, which has been a pain like a searing hot iron, but being better to enter into heaven with one hand than to be cast into hell with two: i.e. connections, etc. Your Bishop, saith the Lord, is of the category “the wise and honorable men of the earth, deceived by the cunning craftiness of men who lie in wait to deceiv…”
4) What happens to those that don't listen to you? Oftentimes you call the conservatives the righteous people (ie when discussing the impending Civil War) yet most of these people probably do not listen to your message. Is listening to your message required to get into heaven, being that you're the only preisthood holder on this earth?
I believe that when the judgments of God are fully come upon Idumea or the world, that when they behold the economy collapse, and other judgments being poured out upon Babylon, they will have no choice but to flee to Zion.
5) Joining forces with you would be a tremendous sacrifice. My bishop and wife both say I should discontinue listening to your podcasts. My wife gives me all the leeway I want, but she would like me to start making some decisions regarding my commitment to the mormon church. My bishop is a VERY wise man, someone that has helped me thought a lot of troubling issues. I am currently 1st counselor in my Elder's Quorum and enjoy serving the people in my ward. Still, your message lingers with me. All that said, I know that you are an older man... I am trying to delicately ask what the future holds for Christ's gospel as led by you? What happens if (hopefully very long into the future) you were to pass away? Does the mantle of One Mighty and Strong pass on to another? If yes, is it conferred by you or a direct calling from Jesus Christ? I would hate to leave everything I love and then be left with nothing if you were to pass away. Again, with all due respect.
Again, if thy right hand offend thee…etc. The Jews were faced with similar circumstances, at having to be willing to forsake all things.
27 Let no man be afraid to lay down his life for my sake; for whoso layeth down his life for my sake shall find it again.
28 And whoso is not willing to lay down his life for my sake is not my disciple. (D&C 103:27-28)
7. Let us here observe, that a religion that does not require the sacrifice of all things never has power sufficient to produce the faith necessary unto life and salvation; for, from the first existence of man, the faith necessary unto the enjoyment of life and salvation never could be obtained without the sacrifice of all earthly things. It was through this sacrifice, and this only, that God has ordained that men should enjoy eternal life; and it is through the medium of the sacrifice of all earthly things that men do actually know that they are doing the things that are well pleasing in the sight of God. When a man has offered in sacrifice all that he has for the truth's sake, not even withholding his life, and believing before God that he has been called to make this sacrifice because he seeks to do his will, he does know, most assuredly, that God does and will accept his sacrifice and offering, and that he has not, nor will not seek his face in vain. Under these circumstances, then, he can obtain the faith necessary for him to lay hold on eternal life.
8. It is in vain for persons to fancy to themselves that they are heirs with those, or can be heirs with them, who have offered their all in sacrifice, and by this means obtained faith in God and favor with him so as to obtain eternal life, unless they, in like manner, offer unto him the same sacrifice, and through that offering obtain the knowledge that they are accepted of him.
9. It was in offering sacrifices that Abel, the first martyr, obtained knowledge that he was accepted of God. And from the days of righteous Abel to the present time, the knowledge that men have that they are accepted in the sight of God is obtained by offering sacrifice. And in the last days, before the Lord comes, he is to gather together his saints who have made a covenant with him by sacrifice. Psalms 50:3-5: "Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people. Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice."
10. Those, then, who make the sacrifice, will have the testimony that their course is pleasing in the sight of God; and those who have this testimony will have faith to lay hold on eternal life, and will be enabled, through faith, to endure unto the end, and receive the crown that is laid up for them that love the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ. But those who do not make the sacrifice cannot enjoy this faith, because men are dependent upon this sacrifice in order to obtain this faith: therefore, they cannot lay hold upon eternal life, because the revelations of God do not guarantee unto them the authority so to do, and without this guarantee faith could not exist.
11. All the saints of whom we have account, in all the revelations of God which are extant, obtained the knowledge which they had of their acceptance in his sight through the sacrifice which they offered unto him; and through the knowledge thus obtained their faith became sufficiently strong to lay hold upon the promise of eternal life, and to endure as seeing him who is invisible; and were enabled, through faith, to combat the powers of darkness, contend against the wiles of the adversary, overcome the world, and obtain the end of their faith, even the salvation of their souls.
12. But those who have not made this sacrifice to God do not know that the course which they pursue is well pleasing in his sight; for whatever may be their belief or their opinion, it is a matter of doubt and uncertainty in their mind; and where doubt and uncertainty are there faith is not, nor can it be. For doubt and faith do not exist in the same person at the same time; so that persons whose minds are under doubts and fears cannot have unshaken confidence; and where unshaken confidence is not there faith is weak; and where faith is weak the persons will not be able to contend against all the opposition, tribulations, and afflictions which they will have to encounter in order to be heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ Jesus; and they will grow weary in their minds, and the adversary will have power over them and destroy them.

I enjoyed all of the extras on your blogtalkradio site (the pdf file with your lectures, rebuttal to Van Hale comments, etc). I appreciate all of the work you do to further the work. Please let me know where I can be of assistance.
Aaron, you can be of assistance by entering into the New Covenant with full purpose of heart nothing doubting and taking up your cross in these things and following me as I follow the Lord. As to my passing away, I do strenuous exercise four times a week, in hour long sessions on workout equipment. I believe that I will live decades longer (at least two). I have confidence in all things in the Lord that all these things will be handeled by the Lord in his own way and in his own time. But thanks for asking. Get you wife to pray with you concerning these things, if you can. So many men are pulled by their wives because they are naturally more fearful and these things require the stoicism of manliness and women need to sustain their husbands, but let them and the Lord and the Priesthood confer.
