Exposure of Martin S.Tanner, Disbarred, Liar, Hypocrite

Exposure of Martin S.Tanner, http://sdrv.ms/P8Qvfv, disbarred lawyer (co-host with the liar and purveyor of false doctrine Van Hale--two peas in a pod, both liars combining forces to fight against Zion) who violated the rules of Civil Procedure regarding service of notice of hearings. The circumstance was a law suit which I had filed in Judge Backlund’s court in Provo, which resulted in my not knowing of a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Tanner, notice having not being served to me, and thus my case was dismissed over my protests and subsequent motions plainly showing a violation of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, and which resulted in summary judgment against me, dismissing  the law suit which I had filed in behalf of Zion and on which I  had labored in BYU law library for months preparing and which resulted in my removal to Mexico, there being no justice in the courts of the land for prophets:

“The Commission recommended discipline... failure to perform services for a client, and failure to inform a client of a default judgment. The Commission also recommended a five year suspension for Martin Tanner of Salt Lake City, Utah, who resigned his membership in the Utah State Bar in lieu of discipline.
