Rae Luskin's Art From My Heart

Rae Luskin, artist, author, teacher and activist, believes that being involved in the creative process is essential, transformative and healing. When engaged it affects every cell of your body and every aspect of your existence. Rae used creative expression to heal from childhood sexual abuse.

She found through simple art and writing activities she could build self-esteem, manage depression, make peace with her past and stand in her power. It was through vision boards and visual diaries she could "create" the life she wanted.

Finally,through color, collage and creative visualization she learned to play, explore and find joy. She shares some of her tool box, in her new book, ART FROM MY HEART, a self- discovery journal.
