  • Ms.P Chats It Up With Author Sanina The Writer

    in Books

Sanina was born in St Louis, MO, and raised by her mother and grandmother. As a young girl, just a young girl, she realized that words were her favorite reality. Reading captured her attention, but she soon realized that she could affect people in the same way that she was affected by the novels she read. She began writing poetry and performing in the contests offered at her school. Sanina's favorite genre to read is historical romance; however, she found that her writing was more erotic in nature. She found her niche in Lesbian Erotica. She found that her writing was more effective when she wrote about her innermost fantasies. Sanina would get lost in her world of fantasies as they made their way to paper. She loved the feeling of knowing that she could stimulate the senses of a reader so intensely that they couldn’t help but respond physically to her written word. Deviant Sexual Desires is Sanina's first published, written work and Deviant Sexual Desires, volume 2 is almost complete. Sanina spends the majority of her free time writing. Sanina lives and works in her hometown of St. Louis and is an active resident of her community.

Shareef Allman; the inspiring author of the empowering book "Equals." He steps into the virtual lounge to discuss his best-selling thought-provoking literary offering, and a spirit aimed at changing the world for the better.
    About The Book:
What happens when a school decides to break a fifty year tradition? What happens when a school ski resort trip takes a turn for the worst? Left to die in freezing snow battling the elements, these misfit teenagers, from different ...ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, find themselves in a frightening predicament.
Can they learn to work together, or will their ignorance get the best of them? Imagine being left in the snow with a homosexual diabetic, an overweight homophobic bully, an immigrant, a racist atheist activist , a gospel child, a cheerleader, an Asian geek, an Arab, and a Jew. The students have to learn to stick together for survival, but TV, friends, family, and "life" taught them to be rivals. Could the students expresses an awakening, an understanding, and an acceptance toward others with diverse beliefs. One student makes it at the end. And that’s me the__________ student. “Why does hatred have a sequel when from the beginning we all are Equal?” Author-Shareef Allman

  • Santa Claus and Little Sister - "Not all journeys end the same....."

    in Books

    The Journey:

Lupe, a petit beautiful Mexican 12-year-old girl, identified only by the alias assigned to her by the FBI, is suddenly missing from the Los Angeles placement center, leaving only her most cherished possession behind, a self-made book of poems, photography and artwork entitled “To Santa Claus and Little Sisters”.  Lupe’s confidential file reveals that has she been struggling with suicidal thoughts and attempts for years. Little Lupe also has a contract on her life placed by her own incarcerated parents.  Her brother is an active gang member with the notorious Mexican Espinoza cartel from Tijuana that specializes in child trafficking and ransom kidnappings. Refusing to accept the hypothesis that Lupe ran away on her own free will, risks would have to be taken by a young naive Boston-born teacher - including the recruitment of his most dangerous student, Chata. Seventeen-year-old Chata, a bold and controlling overweight active member of the Baby Locas Division of the 18th Street Gang in South LA, struggles between two opposing worlds and purposely brings both together in the back alleys of Los Angeles one moonless night. Both would have to question their belief system many times in order to survive when circumstances were not in their favor. To these young catalysts, Chata and Lupe, I am forever grateful for the spark that you ignited in me, for any real survivor characteristics that I possess are due to you.
And lastly, to all the young girls that I have had the honor to work with, who like Anonymous, unfortunately committed suicide - I want you to know that you are dearly loved and missed.
    You changed my life.
    Thank you girls.
In your honor, I have shared our story in “Santa Claus and Little Sister”.
