This election has been the hardest battle faught between candidates in our history. We have heard the issues; War, Economy, Jobs, Foreclosures, Veteran Benefits, US Safety, Oil, Energy, Rising Food costs, and Health Care. Of all, what is the most important to you? Our national symbol is an Eagle. The Eagle needs a Right Wing, Left Wing, and the Body in the Middle to fly, right? As part of my non-partisan "Chronic Illness & Health Care Crisis" series which airs tonight at 5 pm est. I did a little homework for all of you and below you will find what I like to call the "Eagle". Please watch all of them then leave your comments, questions, and thoughts. Health care coverage is the most fiscally challenging instrument in our economy today!

America’s Sick Care Crisis: Are Your Kidding Me? By William Collier AFN Tricia Cunningham, host of Blog Talk Radio Show “Are You Kidding Me” (http://www.blogtalkradio.com/AreYouKiddingMe) , internationally known diet guru and long time advocate for health care reform that is NON-Partisan, not just “bipartisan”, will be making a major 5-day push to highlight the “Sick Care Crisis”, to offer new, out of the box insights, and to offer listeners an opportunity to ask questions and give their own insights and opinions. This 5-day campaign will not be the end of these efforts, but during these last days of the election the real, core issues of healthcare, as opposed to “sick care” need to be addressed and exposed. Tricia Cunningham is an internationally known author, of “The Reverse Diet” (www.thereversedietclub.com) and an Advocate for The Partnership to Fight Christian Disease (http://vote.fightchronicdisease.org/). During the debut of this new online radio program, part of the American Freedomist Network (www.americanfreedomistnetwork.com), a non-partisan network of “new media” providers, writers, bloggers, and online radio hosts, it became clear that all too many Americans have issues, questions, and needs that simply are not being addressed and whole it is easiest to focus only on the Presidential race, none of these candidates or their parties is going to solve any of the problems they seek to solve any time soon and yet the biggest problem many American face remains a talking point issue and a political football while real solutions, that enable Americans to access healthcare instead of sick care, and that give patients the majority voice are not being discussed. Cunningham likes to ask, “when was the last time you went into your doctor’s office and were told exactly how much they were going to charge for the visit?” These common sense, insightful questions mark her approach apart from all other approaches and make her a unique voice that is WELL WORTH paying attention to. For listeners who may be expecting to hear a “liberal” or “conservative” point of view, Cunningham is a refreshing novelty: one can detect in her ideas the spirit of 1776 perhaps, but not any partisan leanings and while partisans who wish to USE “health care” as an issue may be disappointed in this non-partisan approach individuals who struggle with these issues will find a voice that sounds suspiciously like their own voice. The show URL is here: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/AreYouKiddingMe/2008/10/30/Our-Health-Care-Crisis Here is the description of the show by Tricia Cunningham herself: “We are ALL effected by Chronic Disease whether our own, a loved one , or a friend suffering the hardships of care and financial burden of health care. Without the education, prevention and management, our Sick Care Crisis is here to stay. Are You Kidding Me? NO! If you are feeling overwhelmed, have questions, and searching for resources then call in and share your story, chat with others, and GET ANSWERS! This 5 part series will be a real awakening! You won't believe the story I have to tell!” Tonight's top links from Tricia:
