What Role Should the Government Play in Your Health Care?

Diabetes is on the rise along with those afflicted becoming blind by the second, suffering amputations, and losing their battle everyday! Heart Disease is the number one killer of women and the most preventable. Cancer treatments and costs are through the roof and these are only the tip of the iceberg. ALL are preventable and manageable, yet we see the increase of chronic disease every second and with it the cost of health care. Now is is part of the agenda for this year's election. How wonderful, seeing that is the No. 1 factor for our country's economic demise. That is right folks- not banks- our health care system! The most important role government should play in providing a resolution to the current Health Care system to reduce all health care costs by educating the public on preventative measures of chronic disease, insure coverage for everyone; including those with pre-existing conditions, and hold health care providers accountable for fraudulent billing practices.
