Britt Allen joins us today to discuss her ideas on healthy aging. Britt hosts her on wellness show on Writestream Radio Network called "Get Fit and Fabulous with Britt Allen". Her life's initial focus wasn't on health & wellness perse, but growing up in Norway she was immersed in a healthy lifestyle naturally. In her later years Britt pursued more ways to keep herself healthy with an emphasis on nutrition and ridding the body of toxicity; plus she was inspired to help others do so as well.
