We will be discussing why we feel the need to receive praise/validation from others in order to feel/believe that we are good enough. Most of us aren't secure or self-sufficient enough to love ourselves wholeheartedly.
We will also be sharing the importance of distinguishing between "being selfish" and "putting self, first".
Another important issue we will be bringing up is that once we understand and value ourselves first- how that transpires out into our external world and choices.
