  Last night we boondocked at Seventeenth and Picacho in Las Cruces, NM. It was hard leaving Roswell because our nieces (ages 9 and 11) wouldnt stop hugging us or the dogs. But we finally got on the road. About an hour out of town I got the feeling we should go visit my friend Barbara Mader at High Mesa Healing Center in Alto, NM. If you're ever going to Ruidoso, NM for skiing or a bike rally or the races let me know and I'll hook you up with Barbara. Barbara is a retired nurse who owns High Mesa Healing Center and is a focal point for healers and spiritual seekers of all sorts. She is love in shoes! We got there in time to sit in on a class studying attitudinal healing. Very powerful and some beautiful souls there! Pierre, a gentleman I'd never met, is a retired Unity minister. Not only is he a brilliant steward of growth but he carries a strong St. Germain energy about him (which I don't think he knows about). About an hour and a half later we were on the road again. Janis' cooling system responded well to the backflush I gave her. We never got over 220 degrees even climbing 7000' elevation mountains. The carburetor, however is on it's last legs and she starved for fuel twice climbing those mountains. But since I'm as old as she is, we talked old memories and she calmed down and I restarted her and nursed her up those peaks. Once we traversed Apache summit things got easy! We had less trouble climbing Organ Mountains going into Las Cruces, though we were down to 30mph by the time we crested St. Augustin Pass. Today, thanks to Kevin Lewis we're on our way to Phoenix!
