    I started out with some poetry and saluting the troops and their loved ones on Veterans Day and talking about random things including my Survival of Abuse, Sexual Abuse, & Sexual Assault. Then my friend Andrew called in and we spoke about a variety of things including my love life, sex, abuse survivors, bullying and my forthcoming non-profit organization. Then I ended the show with a little more literature.
