Join me and Fay as we continue probing the Ordinary Hereos Journey to Self Awareness and Awakening. Hear how the ordinary life provides the platform for you.

Fay Hart is a poet and self-awareness teacher. She was born in Macclesfield, England, she was raised in Chicago, then Indiana and Florida, where she dropped out of school and made her way to California, working at a variety of jobs while recording her adventures in a series of pamphlets titled Don’t Kiss Me, I’m Busy. In 1977, she moved to London where she remained for thirty years. Her poems are widely published in literary journals and several notable anthologies. Yard Sale is her first full-length collection.

After working in the music industry in London for 20 years, Fay read psychology at the University of Surrey and then worked as psychology tutor and counsellor at one of the best known private sixth form colleges in London; Mander Portman Woodward. From there Fay moved into Personal Life Coaching and now works as a Self-Awareness Teacher, guiding clients as they create peace and a sense of abundance in their lives. She now lives in Mexico where she sees clients in-person and via Skype, offers workshops that combine poetry and life coaching and inspires others by her courageous example of living as a free spirit.
