Church hoppers is there foundation in their lives?

Today many people don't commit to stay in a church for the long haul. We call these people " Church Hoppers". I'm looking to talk with people who's church has been effected by the hoppers and those who are hoppers that use the line. " My season at that church is over". 

  Is there any foundation in the lives of these people? & What's the impact on the kingdom?
