    Eat healthy: Eat a lot of vegetables as these are healthy and can help your immune system. Avoiding junk food is important as it does not provide much health benefits, so better to opt for healthy eating and stay away from illnesses.

    Drink water: You need to drink healthy amount of water daily in order to flush out toxins and keep yourself energized and healthy.

    Physical activity: Again this is very important. Being physically active helps to keep you healthy and fit which is good for fighting illnesses and prevent flu.

    Avoid alcohol: Stay away from alcohol as it can be an immunity suppressant and would aid in catching of illnesses.

    The above tips are absolutely essential for anyone. They are basic common sense tips which everyone of us would do well to remember and implement at all times whether there is swine flu or not.
