Challenges Families Faces Today

It is alarming to say that many working families are struggling to pay for basic necessacite like housing, food, clothes and energy bills. Many of these families are the working. Some study also found that two-thirds of low-income families in our community.  

Over 3 million children are living in poverty. 1 million of these children are living in severe and enduring poverty. 

The United State detemines the offical poverty rate poverty thresold that are issued each year by the Census Bureau. They thresholds represent the annual amount of cash income minimally required to support families of various sizes.
