A couple of weeks ago Dr. Okpara Nosakhere, Ph.D. in Education Administration, author of two books entitled " Why Hyenas Laugh and " Big, Bad Bullies" had the opportunity to visit Kentwood, Louisiana. Like many people who lives in urban communities are unware of what the southern rural areas has to offter. For the last twenty years there has been a big migration back to the south. The land, the fresh food, the fresh air and certainly the friendly people has a way of calling people to small communities like Kentwood, Louisiana.
