Kenyatta a genealogist and entrepreneur fell in love with genealogy over 12 years ago during her first year in law school. Upon graduating from law school. She made genealogy more than a hobby and passion. She developed the first website to focus on ethnic genealogy. It is her personal goal to broaden the reach of genealogy and connect families to their past. As part of that mission, she is working to develop slavegenealogy.com to make records related to slavery available online. She has been quoted in Jet Magazine and was a guest on XM Satellite radio The Power! She has worked with NBC Dateline and on other television projects. Please join host Antoinette Harrell as she welcome Kenyatta as a guest on Nurturing Our Roots Internet Radio.
