Hawkins, Founder of Love Center Ministries, Oakland California. Pastor Clark is Anointed, Gifted and a Teacher of Excellence in the Word of God! His Motto is "Each One Reach One to Teach One! Pastor Clark loves seniors and the youth in his church. He spends alot of time focusing on Bridging the Gap between the two.
