Social media is the modern Cursed Blessing.  Some might be able to use Facebook or Twitter at work- Some, not many but I know some can.  But even though there are some ways to minimize the risk, it is still risky to discuss work on your Social Media outlet of choice.  Does this mean you can never say anything about work to Anyone?

I think this restriction can help us be more mindful of our momentary thoughts and actions.  Nothing really goes away on the internet, so do we really want a constant and public reminder of a momentary notion that may no longer be true of our workplace, position or colleagues?

Could it be easier to, as one Gospel-style song I've seen on the site says, Keep Yo Business off of Facebook?  Do we crave local or global notoriety so much that we need to post every idea that comes ot us?  What does this really draw to us?
