Don JGo is threatening to sue his pal JayDee for breach of contract. You see, Jay Dee used to own Rdc. He sold it to Don JGo and signed a non-compete. But when he left a year later he started up a new site. Don JGo didn't say anything at first -- but now his lawyer is in the picture.
The Recruiting Animal was once JayDee's partner in Rdc. And his guest today, St Jimmy Durbin was an equal contributor. Get all the background here. And here

He's been blogging for exactly one year and wants everyone to know it. But to get us to pay attention he has been forced to share the fantastic secrets he's learned during his apprenticeship.
You don't want to miss this awe-inspiring interview with Mikey's Monkey winner, Amitai Givertz.

Hair E. Joiner and The Loozers.
The Contest Question: What is the best recruiting lesson you've ever learned?
Harry Joiner won. So he's coming on the show to explain his ideas in more detail. And he's bringing some of The Losers with him (Heather Hartman, Pam Claughton and Craig Silverman). Looooser!
Update: Some people told me this show was a bit tame but I think it turned into a really good nuts and bolts practical discussion of recruiting technique by some very smart recruiters. (Winner and losers).

Yesterday Vin Dieselevey was supposed to announce the winners of the Recruitingblogs.com sourcing contest. There's so many contests I don't know if I'm coming or going. But he works at a table in an Italian bakery in Long Island and for some reason we couldn't hear him. Too many bakers singing in the background. So he's coming back for an addendum to yesterdays's show. Maureen Sharib, The Queen Bee of Telephone Sourcing is going to be here too. But probably no one else. So it might be very very short and sweet.
