With a Click to Call service you put a button on your website and a visitor can call you from anywhere in the world for free by clicking it. Marketers are now using click to call buttons to encourage interaction with their website's visitors.
Is there anything in it for Recruiters? Konstantin Guericke thinks so. He's a LinkedIn co-founder and, now, CEO of click-to-call company, jaxtr.com.

Papa John Sumser loves recruiters. Not!
According to him, they only exist to filter out the mass of unwashed humanity that is banging away at the hiring manager's door. Most don't have any skill at finding people beyond crusing Monster.com and they will be swept away by new recruiting technologies which will return recruiting power to the hiring manager where it belongs.
What kind of technology? Papa lists a few of them here. Job boards on popular blogs and various forms of widgets and Lean Staffing. Wow!

There are two blogging cultures: 'Kiss Kiss' and 'Bang Bang'.
Kissy-Kissy says: "My blog is advertising. The goal is to make me look good to my clients. It's is not a place for a debate. If someone criticizes me, I might seem imperfect. And when anyone searches my name thereafter, Big Brother Google will show them my flaws. And that's bad for business."
Bang-Bang says: "No one wants to read your corporate propaganda. To attract attention, a blog has to be interesting. And nothing is more interesting than a free discussion of the key topics in your field."
So, here are the questions: Should recruiting blogs indulge in controversy? Or should we give recruiting bloggers a free pass on criticism?
Kiss-Kiss or Bang-Bang? You tell me. On The Recruiting Animal Show.
