The world outside his yard is far more interesting than the world inside it.
Proper Containment is just a place for your dog to be on your private property safely, and not loose on Public Property or on anyone else's private property. In most areas of the Country, the Law of the Land expressly states that there is an applicable Leash Law in effect.
