Mindy Lawhorne grew up the last of five children in Wichita Falls, Texas. She says it is a great place to be “FROM”. She moved to Arlington, Texas after college, where she has been ever since. Mindy is a group exercise instructor, presently teaching TURBO KICK, PiYo, and Hip Hop Hustle. She is also an All Star Instructor for Powder Blue Productions and a BEACHBODY COACH. You may have seen Mindy on the very popular and highly effective Turbo Jam home workout system through Beachbody. Mindy is known to play with her kids and husband…yes, she finds time to play with her husband. Fitness is Mindy’s passion and Christ is her love.
