After logging more than 6,000 hours of live TV appearances, crisscrossing the country working with designers, celebrities and fashion icons, Kim Parrish not only evolved into one of America's most recognizable shopping hosts on QVC, she discovered a universal dilemma that held true for herself, her audiences and even the celebrities she interviewed…women want a limitless wardrobe on a limited budget.
In 2005 Kim finalized plans for a signature clothing line now available on ShopNBC, QVCUK (United Kingdom), and TSC - The Shopping Channel (Canada). Touted as a "shopping goddess" by the media, Kim has been featured in hundreds of articles from TV Guide to The New York Times.
As a former Miss West Virginia, Kim took over Miss America's teen brand in 2007 and is working to develop MAOTeen into the leading provider of scholarships for teenage girls in the nation awarding more than $3 million dollars in college scholarships to date.
In 2009, Kim's new children's book, The Snapdragon Princess, launched, and a portion of the proceeds go to MAOTeen.
