Dawn's Happieness Make-Over Week 3

On today's show, Dawn will grade herself on using the routines, her positive:negative thought ratio and her percentage of time living in the moment.  She will also discuss how her Reiki level 1 attunement and 21 day chakra cleanse is going.  Dr. Aymee will teach one tool for her to use when she has to deal with happiness challenges.  A happiness challenge is a person place or thing that aims to create unhappiness for Dawn.  Learning this tool, Dawn will be able to maintain her happiness even in the face of adversity.
