Angie took to Laughter Yoga like a duck to water. When Arthritis made it more and more difficult for Angie to do yoga postures, she learnt to ‘laugh for no reason’. Laughing helped Angie reconnect with a happier life, build better self-esteem and overcome depression. Convinced of the benefits of a Good Laugh, Angie is now spreading the Laughter Bug in community, business and health care settings and shows people how they can boost their energy and well-being by engaging in fun exercise.
