An Angel and an Expert: Stress-Free Holidays

In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing life coach Sherry Richert Belul, who shared some powerful techniques and tips for having a stress-free holiday.

 

Sherry taught us how to create a profound gift for those we love called a Love List - and it doesn't cost anything to create!

 

I paired Sherry with Archangel Jophiel, the archangel of beauty. We experienced Jophiel's ability to vacuum away negative energy in a short meditation. Her power to perform this kind of "inner Feng Shui" is a great antidote to holiday stress.

 

My talk with Sherry also brought in the presence of Archangel Raguel, the angel of harmonious relationships. Sherry's suggestions for gift-giving are a beautiful way to honor our most precious relationships - and to help restore those relationships that may have fallen out of harmony.
