We often store emotions deep inside our organs and body parts and this can lead to aches, pains and dis-ease.
A good cry or sob, a tension releasing scream,a foot stamping or fist punching tantrum. Young children often have tantrums, subconsciously knowig that releasing built up frustration is healthy ( even if embarassing for parents!)
As adults it is necessary to know when and how to release our emotions so it is safe and appropriate and that is what we can teach our children. Enjoy a "melt down" that is safe and acceptable
Remembering a fun, loving, joy filled memory, recent or from long ago, can help shift a current mood.
