You gotta admit, it feels really great when you accomplish a task. It's only human nature to be productive and working towards something. It's when we are lacking direction, that we become depressed. It's the body's attempt in telling you, that you should be doing something beneficial. When we have nowhere to direct our energy, we feel useless. Staying in a productive state gives us a sense of purpose. Even rest, is a productive act, so when the time comes to relax, allow the body to do so, but nothing more than necessary. We must always be moving forward.
