2011 has certainly been a huge year filled with growth and learning, and if your completely honest there will be some unfinished business as well. Year after year people make promises to themselves in the form of New Year’s Resolutions, and year after year they break them. And do we always end up blaming the resolution not ourselves??
Why do we do it to ourselves? And how can we stop it?
