Embracing Change

Join Joy and Karen Forrest as they discuss dealing with change. Karen says “It’s not as scary as you think” and she will be discussing the positive aspects that change has on our lives and many ways to cope with change. Change can assist you in going forward with your life path and it is needed for growth. It is the Universe’s way of pushing you along on your life journey.

Karen will be guiding you in a meditation that will assist you in being open to change. Joy and Karen will welcome calls from listeners relating their own stories about the impact of change in their lives. They will also be taking questions regarding change and will do free readings.
