Angel Love  

Wow, my first Angel Love program went beautifully! Thank you  everyone for joining me to provide such rich and profound content.

Many of the callers had a similar question that may be troubling you. Feeling closed in, unfocused, can't connect.

We did two Unraveling Meditations that will provide astonishing clarity. Listen to the program to experience the meditation. It's simple. You breathe. Long, gentle, deep breaths into your belly. Most of us stop breathing regularly and use shallow breathing that starves our bodies and minds for oxygen. Deep, slow belly breathing rapidly provides more oxygen for your body and mind quietly calming emotions and thoughts.

As you breathe, notice how your body feels. Are you hot, cold, nervous, in pain, hungry, feel good? Do you need to do something about it?

Next, notice your emotions. Are you afraid, anxious, frustrated, confused, happy, joyful, loving?

What thoughts are triggered by your feelings? Self-judgment? Areana the first caller gave a perfect example of how body sensations, emotions and thoughts connect.

As we gain self-awareness, we can make choices. Areana experienced a hot feeling that lead to an experience of connection with her Unity angel. Use your feelings and thoughts to chose more productive and connected states of being.

The angel Hope came to guide Areana out of the dark and into the light using beauty, elegance and passion.

The angel Unity helped Areana to feel the truest part of herself where her passion lives so she can connect with her inner knowing and receive guidance.

Donna received the angel Depth to help her meditate more deeply for self discovery. Her deepest desire is to awaken the love in her heart and to live from divine love. The angel Depth is inviting Donna - and you - to meditate more often to open the the heart to eternal love and truth.

Denise from Utah asked about using her intuition. The angel Miracles suggested that beyond yes and no answers, the process of discovery is often the most valuable part, leading to miracles.

Nicole received help from the angel of Intimacy to find the deeper love her soul is calling for. Often during our spiritual evolution, we are forced to leave behind how we connect with spirit to discover deeper and more profound connections. This is the invitation for Nicole and you!
