Despite his "escape" to Europe for D-Day (perhaps prophetic?), Barack Obama can't seem to shake the intense criticism over his decision to free an American POW, Bowe Bergdahl for 5 Taliban fighters, who for the next year, must remain in Qatar.

Members of both parties have expressed consternation over what was considered to be violation of law on two fronts. One, the long-standing position of never negotiating with terrorists, the other, a rule that Congress is to be notified 30 days in advance, before finalizing prisoner transactions.

Obama, while in Europe, spoke to a sentiment, that the American people understand that Sgr. Bergdahl is "somebody's son", which would imply that the majority would understand the sensitities involved.

But then, another twist.

While it was presumed that the trade was done on behalf of a one serving with valor, reports have suggested that notonly did the sgt. desert his post, but in the process, soldiers were killed in the line of trying to find him.

Either way, this can have a reverberating impact for years to come, not only here, but how American leadership is perceived.

Of course, Hillary Clinton lurks, as we've gotten some remants of her "wisdom" in this matter, all the while,as she maintains her gait, with regards to the tragedy at Benghazi.

It goes without saying, she is following the "swap" saga very closely and surreptitiously, aligning herself for 2016.

SInce we'd been covering Affirmative Action recently, ever heard of a scholarship program for whites, only?

Things just seem to be happening so fast, but our Critical Discourse Family can dissect through it all, so join us this Saturday.
