Rest assured, I’m not buggin’ by my choosing this topic; but then again …
Plainly put, we as a people, are sick. And this crosses all of our walks of life. We suffer mentally, spiritually, morally, culturally and physically.Suffice to say, we need to heal!
Buggin’, is not only an expression of our youth, in their observing strange or aberrant behavior, but is very much a literal, physical and medical reality; an indication of dangerous parasites in our bodies. At the same time, we know of human “parasites” around us, who like these microscopic creatures, “invade” us in a different way, with the same weakening and debilitating results, which block our ability to fully appreciate and embrace of the many gifts bestowed upon us by Our Sovereign Creator.
Lady Prema, The First Lady of Healing Entertainment, is an accomplished author and singer. After years of study, reflection and introspection, she has presented us with her latest book, Are You Buggin’, where she delves into this phenomenon, and provides answers as to how we can “de-bug”.
