Better Breathing

Breathing issues are epidemic! On Dr. Andrea Joy Cohen Health Radio this week  we will learn all about the lungs and breathing! Then, we will examine a variety of conditions that affect the lungs such as colds,  pnewumonia, bronchitis, asthma, COPD, emphysema, and more, and learn the signs and symptoms! In additon, other medical issues like heart disease, allergies can mimic or worsten breahing  so we will discuss! Finally, Dr. Cohen will review some of the tests and treatments for lung issues as well as great tips for prevention and better control with conventional and complementary therapies like vitamins, acupuncture, and yoga .We will learn some exercises for better breathing! Of course,  this will be funl!
