Wingspan Seminars, LLC is a conflict management company that focuses on strenghthening relationships through education and training. A team of professionals provide customized training and presentations to meet the needs of business and institutions. Ms.Dames is a nationally certified Crisis Trainer and has been a staff developer on issues of conflict, crisis and human diversity for over twenty-five years. Beginning her career responding to racially tense situations throughout Florida, for the Anti-Defamation League, her work has led her to training in Nassau, Bahamas, Zambia and the Centre of Conflict in Nairobi, Kenya, Africa. She is a certified practitioner for Court Mediation, Managing Workplace Conflict and Kingian Nonviolence.
