Guided Awon Iyami Meditation

Tonight, we are going to take a trip with The Ancient Ancestral Mothers, The Wise Women.You might want to light your favorite fragrant candle to enhance the ambiance of meditation; and or, you might want to burn incense, sage or sweet grass.  Lemon balm steeped in hot water is also good.

You have the option of using all of these items or none of these.  What’s your pleasure?
