Egungun Guided Meditation

Tonight, we are going to go on a journey with our Ancestors, Awon Egungun through Guided Meditation.

So, relax yourself; put your hands on your lap or thighs with the palms up.  Listeners i. e. participants, there will be no count tonight; you will follow the sound of my voice.

We are going to journey tonight with our family members, those who have made their transition more than a year and 7 days ago.

We are going to visit with our mother, father, sister, brother; grandfathers and grandmothers; aunts and uncles as well as our extended family members. 

I want you to call on three family members who you were most closest too, you know, your favorites whoever they be.  Called their names three times.
