Patty says...

“It took me 20 years to get to 20 million dollars in sales,

but then to go from 25 million to over 100 million happened in less than a year because of the acquisition,

then to watch over a period of 3 years to go to 500 million  to over a billion ,

a billion dollars in annual sales, if you can imagine that, that happened in less than three years”.  WOW

Capitalizing on over two decades as a successful entrepreneur and Board member, Patty currently operates a specialized consulting group, DeDominic & Associates.

Patty DeDominic is currently an executive coach and business consultant, offering organizational development, human resources and succession planning coaching and business services to enterprise builders, high achievers and authors. Her firm's prime focus is "Helping Achieving Soar."

From 1979 – 2006, DeDominic founded and grew PDQ Personnel Services, Inc. which evolved to PDQ Careers and CT Engineering. She sold those companies in 2006 and remains as a consultant to several national and international executive search firms and non-governmental organizations and foundations. Part of the PDQ story is a case study of successful entrepreneurship and succession planning for the MBA program at Stanford University.

Named CEO of the Year by the LA Business Journal in 2006, DeDominic has received over 20 distinguished awards including The President’s Award from Women Impacting Public Policy. She was inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame over ten years ago.
