Today is monday the 26th of October 2016 and we are planning to host ourown member of Congress to begin a new series of monday engagements with the members of congress to come and speak to our veteran audience regarding the actions of the current session of congress in the prepartion of how they intend to repay the honor debt due veterans. 

We are not sure but we had attempted to schedule Representative Alan Lowenthal a Democrat from the 47th district of California. We are interested in Representative Lowenthal because of his record of advocacy of veterans issues and his leadership in heling to address issues affecting his community like homelessness, employment and  benfits for veterans and their families. His position on HR 1292 DIsabled Veterans commissary Actand his help for our Ship the SS United States Conservancy among a few topics.

We will have an update on the Washington DC VAMC from our DC Correspondent and get update of ongoing areas of concern for the 3DEast ward and the lack of regard for the patients being left to feel unsafe in conditions not befiting a person traumatized by PTSD. 

We will also have an update on the SS United States and our efforts to raise capital for the referbishment of this great superliner.

We are opening our Brooklyn Navy Yard lines 347-884-8078 at 2300 Zulu time! That would be as follows in US times (for our new civilian family and friends) Atlantic/ Eastern is 7PM,Central 6PM, Alaska/Mountain is 5pm,Pacific is 4PM, Hawaii is 1PM, Guam is 0900 AM
