G.L.A.M.,  Girls Loved And Motivated, empowers and inspires girls for excellence and nothing less. The organization reaches girls all over the country 7yrs old to 18, providing leadership workshops and summits that focus on building self esteem, confidence and shyness. We discuss everyday topics that girls deal with such as peer pressure, self respect and most importantly purpose. G.L.A.M. provides girl summits, fashion shows, modeling, dance, public speaking, community outreach and much more.

Luelonda Monroe, is a resident of Tampa, Florida, who has delivered many motivational conferences and meetings. It has been her lifelong passion to empower young girls and women in efforts to help develop their individual goals and purpose, with the ultimate goal of reaching their destiny. Ms. Monroe achievements include Business Woman of the Year 2013 recognized by the Tampa Cotillion Debutante Organization.  She has been showcased and interviewed in multiple magazines, television and radio shows. She has hosted numerous events throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding cities,  Gospel Showcase at the Performing Arts Center and Majestic Bible Institute and Seminary in Orlando Florida just to name a few. She has provided leadership workshops for girls in programs like: Centre for Girls, Miracles Outreach and Hillsborough County Children' s Board " Teens Girls against Bullying".  Boys and Girls Club of Tampa and Little Miss Sassy Pageant are also events that she has been involved with as well. Her success is base upon an ongoing track record that allows her one on one mentoring, and sharing her own life experiences by utilizing interactive dialogue forums.
