FBI Hangs Up on Journalist - Why?

  • Sam Rolley with Personal Liberty.com called the FBI to inquire about "We the People v. The Ballot Box Establishment".  FBI response..... Let's Talk About Fiduciary Duty?

  • When we elect our representatives, they have an obligation to represent us, and abide by the oaths they take and the duties of their offices. In effect, an agency relationship has been created. Representatives have a fiduciary duty to represent us. When they do not, they have breached their fiduciary duties. This is a serious violation that can be pursued in civil court, and judged according to common law. Everyone should consider filing "breach of fiduciary duty" actions against the appropriate individuals
  • Fiduciary. 1. One who owes to another the duties of good faith, trust, confidence, and candor. 2. One who must exercise a high standard of care in managing another's money or property.
  • Fiduciary Duty. A duty of utmost good faith, trust, confidence, and candor owed by a fiduciary to the beneficiary; a duty to act with the highest degree of honesty and loyalty toward another person.
