1st HOUR: Women in Transtion with Waseefah Tarver bring to light the pains & struggles of women mending & succeeding in their life's after heartbreak, incarceration, violence, & recovery issues.  Waseefah explores the people & resources used to embloden the human spirit to overcome the shortcoming of life.

2nd HOUR: The Pearls of Women with Niamat Shaheed introduce you to people who embrace sisterhood and spirituality to rise above their environement and succeed.  Niamat has a passion for men and women who have faced the challenges and found ways of giving back to the community. 

3rd HOUR: God Consious Women with Fatima Omar Khamissia comes out of Canada with a voice of empowerment and God Consiousness.  Fatima has faced domestic violence, low self esteem and emptiness where she credit her faith in Allah (G-d) being her constant strength.  She wants to empower others on all levels, physcially, mentally and spiritually.
