Retired Homicide Lieutenant Lew Roberts spoke out concerning questionable officer involved shootings while employed as a member of the LVMPD. His concerns fell on deaf ears and during a meeting about "Trigger Yant" he was asked to leave. Now as a retired member of the law enforcement community he is finally able to come forward publicly to call for change. He is the first retired member of the agency to do so and I call this courageous. But sometimes courage comes under fire.
