Dr. Lynn Anderson holds a Ph.D. in Natural Health and a Doctorate of Naturopathy. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Fitness instructor. For over twenty-five years she has taught, lectured, authored and practiced natural health which includes diet, exercise, aromatherapy, herbology, and color and light therapies.
Dr. Lynn has written courses and books in the area of mind-body-spirit integration, yoga and natural health, and its application to traditional health and fitness. She also produced a weekly talk radio show about anti-aging and alternative medicine; is a contributing writer to the Journal of Longevity and an advisory board member; and is a faculty member to the American Council on Exercise.
