Co-founder of The Center for Mindful Eating, Megrette Fletcher, is a mindful eating pioneer and co-author of two books, “Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat with Diabetes” and “Discover Mindful Eating: A Resource of Handouts for Health Professionals.” She has written articles and been quoted about mindful eating in a number of publications including, the Wall Street Journal and US News and World Report.
