Angie Russell is the author of Love of My Life: Memoirs of a Love Lost and an aspiring film maker.  She is currently working on getting her book adapted into a screenplay for film. To “get her feet wet” so to speak, for the film, Angie has directed, acted in, and edited the trailer for the book. You can view it on her YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/angienrussell.

Residing just outside of Chicago, Illinois, she works as the Production Manager for Captions and Subtitle Services and as an Assistant Editor for the TV show Life Focus.
For years Angie has kept a log of personal writings in an extensive journal and continues those writings today. Those journal entries provided the background for her memoir which was published in 2011. Angie loves to travel to the continent of Africa, particularly to Kenya, which is a central location in her book, but has also been to Mozambique, Tanzania and Uganda.
