Vaughn Mooreis a Senior Vice President, Area HR Manager, Global Operations and Technology at Citigroup. Vaughn is responsible for providing Human Resources support for CitiMortgage Collections, Cards Customer Service/Collections and CitiFinancial Personal Loans employees located in Fort Mills, SC, Greensboro, NC and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Vaughn leverages his experience in human capital analysis through leadership consultation, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and overall leadership development, to contribute to the overall success of employee engagement.
Vaughn is a Member of the NAAAHR Charlotte Chapter and the Young Black Male Leadership Alliance. Vaughn achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Central State University.
