Emotional Stress Release - or ESR for short ... What It Is! What It Does! Adding It To Your Own Personal Health Care Reform is what we will be discussing on today's show. Stress is one of life's most insidious challenges! Stress is everywhere and everyone is affected by it in one way or another! Join Bonnie Atchley, creator and host of Blog Talk Radio's Alternative Healing channel as she and Marie T. Matteson, MS, LMP, RC of Matteson Communications, Bellingham, WA as we discuss ESR – Emotional Stress Release. We will be talking about the use of ESR – as a tool for your own Personal Health Care Reform. Emotional Stress Release is an alternative technique for reducing and often times eliminating the affects of stress and stressful situations. Ms Matteson – Bio Feedback Specialist and S.C.E.N.A.R. practitioner, will share a simple (and easily learned) technique for stress release. This simple technique truly short-circuits the debilitating and sometimes paralyzing results of stress in our lives – helping to lower cortisol levels. Cortisol assists the body in proper glucose metabolism; regulation of blood pressure -immune function and inflammatory response. We will be sharing success stories from clients and friends who have literally shifted (and eliminated) a stressful situation utilizing this technique ! Bring your questions for me - Bonnie Atchley - Alternative Healing channel host and creator and/or Marie Matteson (MattesonCommunications.com). We look forward to sharing our tips and tools for taking personal responsibility of your own Personal Health Care ... reforming your own personal health with Alternative Healing Techniques !
