Warrior Talk with GI Jenn is proud to welcome Cody Jackson of One Boy USO, Justin Jordan, author of "And Then I Cried: Stories of a Mortuary NCO", and Michael (our research anaylist) in part two of our series on PTSD.
Cody has made it his personal mission to thank as many of our troops as he can, either by shaking their hand, welcoming them home or sending packages to those still deployed.
Justin Jordan is a Ret. Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force and has 20 years of service. During his time he served for many years as a Mortuary Non-Commissioned Officer both in deployed locations and at home. Surrounded by death and dismay for so many years has had a compromising effect on his mental wellbeing. Diagnosed with PTSD in 2009 he has struggled. He continues to fight this debilitating disorder with the aide of his service animals Dallas and Sarge and in an effort to continue to heal he will offer his first written work titled: And Then I Cried: Stories of a Mortuay NCO
And Michael is back in Part 2 of our PTSD series. This time we are talking about medications being prescribed to our warriors to treat PTSD and the impact drugging our WARRIORS is having on the VETERAN SUICIDE RATE of #22perDAY.
