  Be sure to join SyFy Radio May 7 when we welcome our special guests Michael Jenkins and Steven Frank!
  
  Jenkins is the editor of AfterElton (afterelton.com), a popular entertainment site targeted for the gay male community (women can find afterellen.com for all their entertainment needs) who has been talking about how sexuality is portrayed in television and movies for quite some time.
  
  Frank is a columnist for AfterElton who covers "Torchwood," the popular adult-themed spinoff of "Doctor Who" that stars the openly gay John Barrowman as an omnisexual time agent running an alien unit that works outside the government and police.
  
  Rumors continue to circulate that the third season of "Torchwood" will downplay many of its adult elements, including its positive portrayal of sexuality. At the same time, many gay and lesbian groups say science-fiction is still very far behind in creating an atmosphere of inclusion for such characters, the same industry that was first to embrace women and other minorities as equals.
  
  We look forward to having both Michael and Steven on our May 7 show, which begins at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.
  
  We're still working to confirm our guests for our April 30 show, but we have someone in mind, and we're just tying up some loose ends before we announce it, so keep an eye out for that.
